Application of Aternative Dispute Resolution.
The conflict in the project region are mainly resource based and points to break from the past when conflict were low on scale on issues, causes and even actors. Resource based conflict is also becoming more complex due to population growth, climate change and other weather vagaries and more dependent on natural resource based livelihoods. process has been guided by the principle of consensus, collective responsibility and communal solidarity. This has allowed inclusion of the community in re-establishing harmony and peaceful coexistence. The Application of ADR has been evidenced through mediation knowledge and skills trainings , agreements, compensations and return of stolen livestock
We also have a number of staff who are recipients and who are currently working advanced HR degrees. We are very proud of our long and successful history of organizations industries .
